1. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW The purpose of this Draw is an advertising campaign with which it is intended to promote the Hotel Landmar Playa La Arena (hereinafter, the Organizer or Landmar Hotels) among consumers who meet the conditions and requirements established in these Bases, being able to opt for the Prize detailed in Clause 4.
2. VALIDITY PERIOD
The Period of Validity of the Draw, during which the actions that give the right to participate in it can be carried out, begins on June 20, 2022 and ends on June 27, 2022, both inclusive.
3. MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION AND CHOICE OF WINNERS
To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants must, within the Validity Period, access the Organizer's Instagram Profile and follow said profile; Mention an Instagram contact in the Organizer's post regarding this promotion and like the prize draw photo.
On June 28, 2022, the draw for the Prize described in Clause 4 will be held, among those participants who have complied with the participation mechanics, as long as they comply with the conditions established in these Legal Bases.
The choice of the winner will be made through AppSorteos or any other tool that guarantees its transparency.
By carrying out the actions that give the right to participate in the Draw, the participants accept these Legal Bases.
The name of the winning participants will be published in the draw photo, on the Organizer's Instagram Profile on June 28, 2022.
It will be an essential requirement to be able to participate in the Draw that the participants are of legal age. The Organizer reserves the right to ask the participants for the necessary documentation that proves their age of majority.
4. PRIZES
The prize will be a stay for two people at the Landmar Playa la Arena hotel, in a double room and on an all-inclusive basis.
The stay must be made before December 15, 2022 and will be subject to availability, and it is always mandatory to make the reservation at least 72 hours before the arrival date.
5. ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The Organizer will publish the Winning Participants through a statement on their Instagram stories. You will be contacted by private message to the winner's profile in order to accept the Prize and, where appropriate, provide the contact details for sending it. Once the Prize has been accepted by sending the communication by private message, the Organizer will facilitate contact with the reservations department of Landmar Playa la Arena to carry out the management.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Prize Draw is open only to natural persons, residents of Europe and over 18 years of age on the date the Prize Draw starts. The Organizer reserves the right to request from the Participants a valid and current official document in which their majority is accredited (eg DNI, Passport). 9. DATA PROTECTION

10. MODIFICATION OF THE LEGAL BASES
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or extend these Bases, as long as said modifications do not negatively affect the participants, in which case the corresponding modification of the protocolization act of the Legal Bases initially deposited before a Notary will be made.
In the event that any clause of these Legal Bases is declared null or invalid, the remaining clauses not affected by it will remain in force.
