  • What do I have to do to cancel my booking and request a refund of cancellation costs?
    If you have booked on a Non-Refundable rate and are a Wanderlust tier member, and you meet any of the causes described above, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us to request cancellation of the reservation and invoice for the expenses.
    2. Send an email to the insurer via flexmyroom@arag.es, providing your personal details, policy number, invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
    3. The insurer will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the steps to follow.
